I dreamt last night that the Sabres were carrying a four-game winning streak into their next meeting with Boston (12/7), and that they also beat Boston, 5-4, in that game.

Were that to come true, it would not preclude a win tonight. Let's go, boys; give ETHRON a good lead and ride it out!

It was probably 30% Sabre fans for game on a Saturday a few weeks ago...expecting more like 50-50 for a Wednesday night game with probably 11k in the stands, maybe less with the Devils struggling as bad as Buffalo. Let's go Sabres! See you there!

Sniff, sniff. Snnnnifffffffff.

Relax, I'm not sniffing you, chz, just your post. My sarcasm sensors are weak this A.M.

I'll be there again. I liked the results last time, of course, Brrrrrrodeur didn't start and Kovalchuk was a healthy scratch.

I can't believe that the Devils have not missed the playoffs since 1995.

EDIT:I guess I don't have to worry about Brrrrrodeur again. He's still hurt.

With the schedule they have coming up after these 2 in NY, this really is a must win game and I think the first true must win of the season.....

I agree. The Sabres cannot drop this one.

I'll be there as well. My group got tickets on Stubhub for 50% below face value and 33% below actual cost to the season ticket holder. I expect the arena to be at least 1/3 empty. It'll be a magical night in Newark.

No Brodeur, no Parise, no Miller -- but it will be my first in-person look at Ennis, Enroth, Morrisonn, Leopold and Kovalchuk.

Go Sabres.

We will see if the last win was a step in the right direction or just a lucky win against a struggling Leafs squad.

If there is any solid leadership on this team, now is the time they can really use it.

Battle of the division winners turned cellar dwellers.

Sabres should watch out, though, as NJ will be a desperate team.

Sabres have every reason to be just as desperate a team. Let's see if they show it.

Any preferred place Sabre fans going before hand? My party of three will be at Brick City Bar and Grill...

I'll be lucky to make the opening faceoff because of work,.. stupid work.

When you're at the arena, check out the lines to get Molsen Canadian. It's really funny, they are the longest in the building and they are filled with all Sabres fans.

Any word on Brodeur? Best I can find is game-day decision.

McKenna will back up Hedberg. If Brodeur does play we are taking our first 50 shots at his right elbow

That's bad news for the end boards.
