spndnchz Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Will they comeback from 0-4-1 ? Will they get more shots on goal? Will Myers and Rivet not let guys behind them? Will MSG get sound and HD video together at the start of the game? We shall find out, oh yes, we shall.
Derrico Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 I'm going out and saying a must win game. Thrashers don't have many players on that team that scare me. Sabres could be more focused on the road. If there was ever a turnaround game it looks like this could be it. Wouldn't be surprised by a three or four goal win. Hope I'm not wrong, we need this one badly....
R_Dudley Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Blah, blah, blah... Just look like a hockey team that knows what your doing and win.
CallawaySabres Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 please, that's all I got..just please. Sports around here suck right now

They are much more physical, which as we all know doesn't exactly play well for the Sabres.
korab rules Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 I'd like to see McCormack kick Bguyfflin's a$$. Set the tone. Oh, and a win would be nice.

All I need to see is they beat Ducks and SJ on the end of a 4 game roadtrip to know they are for real and playing a different brand of hockey however it should not matter if this team is serious about playing to win.

True, and they did beat Washington earlier this year. Still, it's a game we need to have.
mercury Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 I'm going out and saying a must win game. No. A loss tonight would not eliminate the Sabres.
SMIRNOFF Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 The Thrashers always seem to give the Sabres trouble, no matter how scary or unscary their line-up seems.
OTTOnME Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Last year, the Thrashers were 2-0-2 against Buffalo. The Thrashers were a mediocre team, and the Sabres were on course for a 100-point season. This year, Atlanta has a bigger team - a more physical team - and (apparently) an improved team. Presumably, we're one game closer to a "shake-up."
Two or less Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 I watched Atlanta play San Jose and they look good. They go out, hit and place with good pace. I really hope we can finally win one but i just don't see it.
wonderbread Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 I hate letting my wife give me ###### for watching this ######. They better stinking win. Hope Lindy has his "Ruff Riders" ready.
wonderbread Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 No. A loss tonight would not eliminate the Sabres. Good point. Thanks for the prespective. btw why can't i double post?

Derrico Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 No. A loss tonight would not eliminate the Sabres. Good point, but I don't want to have true "must win" games in mid February because of a terrible start.
spndnchz Posted October 20, 2010 Author Report Posted October 20, 2010 Good point, but I don't want to have true "must win" games in mid February because of a terrible start. This year's the opposite of 2009-2010? Last year we lost 6 in a row in Feb.
nfreeman Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 The boys are going to get their act together tonight. Miller will be sharp. Time to start the turnaround. Sabres, 3-1.
Calvin Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 if they actually create the chances and get the number of shots on goal that they did the last game then we should win. Go Sabres!!
BuffalOhio Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 if they actually create the chances and get the number of shots on goal that they did the last game then we should win. Go Sabres!! This goes into what I was going to post anyway.... JUST FINISH YOUR DAMN CHANCES, BOYS!
ROC Sabres Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 So is Harry finally going through puberty? His voice is cracking quite a bit.
Iron Crotch Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Wow, that's an empty arena... There are tens of people in the stands!
Overeducated Homer Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Wow, another game where the Sabres have 10 shots before the opponent gets one....
bob_sauve28 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Well looking go so far. Nice to see Ennis score
