inkman Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Still 2 short. Signed Adam Mair yesterday so he'll probably take one or two dumb penalties to help us. Am I the only person irked by them dressing less than a full lineup? They are circumventing the cap, again, without much detriment to their lineup. I hope the NHL does something about this Mickey mouse organ-eye-zation. (that's for you 99)

thesportsbuff Posted October 13, 2010 Author Report Posted October 13, 2010 once again a terrible quality HD feed to start the game.. MSG can't get anything right
Team Strike Force Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 once again a terrible quality HD feed to start the game.. MSG can't get anything right I have the same problem. It's giving me a headache. Are you watching Time Warner MSG in Buffalo or out of town on Center Ice? I'm watching Center Ice, game channel 3.
bob_sauve28 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Will Ryan Miller hold a press conference denouncing Kaleta now?

Are you watching Time Warner MSG in Buffalo or out of town on Center Ice? I'm watching Center Ice, game channel 3. I'm on Time Warner. I turned the channel and then turned back and my feed improved. Not really sure why that would make a difference but the same thing happened last game.
X. Benedict Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 McCormick is a monster. I saw the first flurry and the feed dropped. what happened?
ThePebble19 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 McCormick is a monster. Agreed. They at least have some fight in them tonight...now it's time to turn that into some shots on goal.
darksabre Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 McCormick is a real bright spot so far this season. Connolly, however, is sh*t.
bob_sauve28 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Connolly might need to ride the pine
darksabre Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Connolly might need to ride the pine Six feet into the ground.
ThePebble19 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 They have zero offensive pressure right now. None. It seems every single pass hits a stick of an opponent, and if it does get through, the player receiving it can't corral it.
Rip Titwide Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Will Ryan Miller hold a press conference denouncing Kaleta now? Yes this time regarding head butts
ThePebble19 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 If Crosby lights the lamp in Pittsburgh, will you cheer in Denver?
SwampD Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Yes this time regarding head butts I think unless he changes his game, he's got probably one more season before he'll have to eat his dinner through a straw.
Calvin Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 why is it so hard for the Sabres to sustain pressure in the offensive zone this season, especially at home? pucks seem to be bouncing off sticks or getting lost in the feet or rebounding just behind players.. ridiculous!
Two or less Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 why is it so hard for the Sabres to sustain pressure in the offensive zone this season, especially at home? pucks seem to be bouncing off sticks or getting lost in the feet or rebounding just behind players.. ridiculous! Because we've only played one road game and against a bad team. Saturday, on the road, will be brutal.
Calvin Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 Myers' footwork has been brutal after the first game. By no means is he the biggest problem on the team, but we're putting a lot of pressure on him by leaving him in the back or on the point all alone and expecting him to make pinpoint passes sometimes in the face of two players forechecking.
darksabre Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 that was the best 10 minutes the Sabres have played since Ottawa. the line of Ennis and Roy intrigues me.
