nobody Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 From that site: "Vince Vaughn and his wife of more than a year, Kyla, wore matching jerseys and showed off their Chicago pride last night while watching as the Blackhawks took on the Vancouver Canucks." Hello? She is wearing a #10 Sharp jersey and he is wearing a #9 Hull jersey.

Hello? She is wearing a #10 Sharp jersey and he is wearing a #9 Hull jersey. It's some site geared towards tween girls. I doubt the author/editor knows what a Sharp or a Hull is. And Kyla looks like she flew right off of the pole and into his waiting arms, doesn't she?
spndnchz Posted April 20, 2011 Author Report Posted April 20, 2011 I can't remember the name of this actor, but he in the Old School movie. This has to be the shot of the year. http://mit.zenfs.com...04/61019026.jpg Shot of the year would be LR daughter wearing a Flyers cap.

carpandean Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 And Kyla looks like she flew right off of the pole and into his waiting arms, doesn't she? Wait, isn't that Misty from Sundown ... uh ... I mean, what pole?
bunomatic Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Isn't that Vince Vaughn? I guess it is. Obviously I never read the rest of the thread.
Foligno's Nose Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Avery puts himself in the box halfway through the third with WSH down by a goal.
OverPowerYou Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Rangers and Caps in 2nd overtime. I'm not rooting for either team, I'm rooting for 6th overtime. I would like this game to outlast phoenix and detroit so i dont have to watch that garbage.
notwoz Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 I'm watching the Caps-Rangers game. Do they use 40-watt bulbs in Madison Square Garden? that's the darkest, dingiest rink I've ever seen.

Hoping Rangers win just to keep the series going. I think they actually have people in the stands too. I don't know though, can't see 'em. Half the people in the expensive seats left after regulation because none of them are hockey fans anyway and they are more worried about work tomorrow AM.
LGR4GM Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 anaheim only team other than buf to tie series so far tonight as washington and pitts both win going up 3-1

carpandean Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Man, I know some Rangers fans who are going to be pissed. As much as I "hate" some teams and their fans, I do feel bad for them when their teams choke. I even felt bad for Bruins fans last year ... after I finally stopped laughing, of course.
bunomatic Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Have we seen the last game in Phoenix? Oddly enough it was Detroit who eliminated the jets from the playoffs just before they moved to Phoenix. If Detroit takes this I believe it'll be the last game in the desert.
Braedon Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 This 2OT has been a good period. Lots of end to end action. Hoping Rangers win just to keep the series going. I was happy with the result. I can't stand the blue shirts, love to see them lose in heartbreak fashion. Anyone else hear Boudreau's comments about playing in MSG? Classic coach putting the pressure on himself and off the team. ESPN Story Way to step up and show him otherwise fans, I agree it was quiet and seemingly empty in the latter stages.

I get the feeling we would be lambasting Gaborik for poke checking his own goalie on the 2OT winner... if we were rangers fans :bag:
carpandean Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 I get the feeling we would be lambasting Gaborik for poke checking his own goalie on the 2OT winner... if we were rangers fans :bag: Funny thing is that he has been getting lambasted for not scoring, then he does earlier in the game, only to completely negate it with that play.

I could not believe that he made that play. It was priceless to see Lundqvist look so dejected after that happened. Thats gotta suck for a goalie in that type of game to give up that game winner where it isn't your fault at all...
apuszczalowski Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 I get the feeling we would be lambasting Gaborik for poke checking his own goalie on the 2OT winner... if we were rangers fans :bag: nah, we would be blasting the goalie for not keeping the puck out of the net from his own player
Samson's Flow Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 nah, we would be blasting the goalie for not keeping the puck out of the net from his own player Something along the lines of... "Miller should have come out of the net and made sure that he covered that puck. Enroth would have been all over it since he handles the puck way better. Did you see how slow he recovered after Connolly poked that puck off the opponent's chest"
LGR4GM Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Montreal up 1-0 about half way through the first... Boston is fading away...
wjag Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Montreal up 1-0 about half way through the first... Boston is fading away... That was an eye-opening period. I honestly didn't think the Habs had the compete in them. They dominated Boston that period. Long way from over though...
