I'm curious to see how fans on this board watch the Sabres games on TV. The only thing to note on the poll is that if you're in the Sabres local area (WNY or Northern PA) pick from the first four choices. If you're out of market, pick from choices 4-8. If you use streaming of some sort, pick 9 or 10.

The wife and I decided that since everything we want to watch is available online we ditched the satellite, upgraded our computers and got Fios. It works great and the picture doesn't go out on stormy days. I may go back to a regular cable/satellite once I able to purchase only the channels I want to watch instead of paying $80 to have 100 channels I will never watch.

I live in Texas, and have Time Warner. However, the advent of ATDHE.NET has been a god-send, for watching the Sabres. I had been paying for the Center Ice package for years, but no more. Any time I can figure out a way to give Time Warner less money is a good thing, in my book.

I'm in Niagara across the river and we have a $30 cable package per month (6 month minimum) which provides us with NHL Centre Ice, NFL ticket, NCAA football and basketball, NASCAR, OHL hockey. My only issue with the Sabres coverage was that MSG never provided any hi-def games. The only time I was able to watch the Sabres in HD was when they were on the road playing a team that was covered by a regional FSN or Sportsnet out west in Canada (and there are only 3 or 4 channels of HD games that are provided per night. atdhe.net is OK, but I found last night's game was really jerky with the feed. I hadn't decided what to do this year but if I see some home HD games on the sked, I know that I will get the MSG feed and will sign up.
