Can the Sabres sign Kassian and then still send him back to JRs?

If he does sign and plays the year for the Sabres can he be sent down to Portland next year?

No.. We didn't do anything really. Last October, we moved to a new server because we were getting more traffic than what the server could handle, but the format is still same.

We are looking at an update, but no time table for when it will come online.

Apparently Chris Roy jumped the gun with his article. Regier says they haven't started talks yet but that he hopes to soon. Thats alot different than already reopened talks.

The story said that the comments came directly from Kassian's agent, so if he was exaggerating things a bit, that falls on the agent, not the writer.
