Who do you want?

A new owner who actually gives a crap.

A new front office would be wonderful. Where the owner and part-owner aren't really trying to run this like a corporate juggernaut, and where the GM and head coach don't have to inform them every time they take a pee break.

I think at this point I would gladly take a passionate owner & GM who honestly want to win it all, even at the risk of falling flat on their faces.

Need a new owner if we're ever going to get a new management team. Golisano said as much in that interview a couple years ago.

theres about a bajillion better looking woman than her.

Well, That's your opinion. You know, you could have contributed to the thread by naming some of the "bajillion" women or even posting pics but instead you make some infantile drive by comment. Says a lot about your modus operandai. BTW, here is the bajillionth hottest woman on the planet>

She was voted most desirable woman for 2010, so I think you're off by a few million...

Is that true? And by who? I must really be out of touch then. Either that, or she's a multi-billionaire and beer flows from her nipples.

Not saying i necessarily agree, but she is pretty damn hot nonetheless...

(BTW, even though I'm an admitted fan of Entourage, I had to google her name when I saw Ink's post because I wasn't sure if it was her. That's how I came across this link)

Hindsight oh the hindsight.

Wrong....

You could have had Briere for $5 million a year

You could have had Dumont for $2 million a year

You could have had Drury for $5.5 million a year

You could have had Campbell for $5 million a year

You would have relegated Roy, Pominville, Connolly and Hecht to nice compliments, but non essential....knocking an average of $1 million off each of their salaries

You could have then let Vanek walk for 4 #1 picks and saved $7 million a year while just needing a 25% strike rate in drafting top 10 players to make up for it at 25% the initial contract.

How about:

Dumont-Briere-Kovalchuk 2-5-8

1st Rounder-Drury-Roy 1.5-5.5-3

Ennis-Connolly-Pominville 1-4-4

Hecht-Gaustad-Grier 2-2-1

Myers-Lydman 1.5-3

Campbell-Sekera 5-1

Montador-Butler 1.5-1

Miller 6.5

Biron 1.5

This is not a pipe dream.......this is what very easily could have been....but the series of cheapskate dominoes fell one by one. Then people wonder why nobody trusts the front office as they once again play ###### poker for a $200k arb.

Ewww!!

We should have a hot chick draft. To make it fair, everyone would have to give a list of 20 babes they would draft as discovery so we could all do our research and limit the draft class....then go 10 rounds and see who we end up with.

I would put her mid to late first in a 20 man draft
