inkman Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 McIlrath to the Rags, so much for the pipe dream.
Lanny Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 does anyone know how to get any live internet radio/tv coverage of the draft? thanks. It's on VS.
inkman Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Fowler falls to the Ducks, the best defenseman in the draft. He may be on their blueline in 4 months.
North Buffalo Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Supposedly the NHL has it on their website, but it seems busy. Versus is carrying it live on TV

shrader Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Now that it's really starting to bug me, can we fix the thread title? Anyway, each year while watching these drafts, I always want to punch Pierre McGuire. The Dallas pick was the perfect example. He says they don't need a goalie today, so it was a bad pick. Outside of Edmonton and maybe Boston, no one was making a pick that they intend to make an immediate impact. They're drafting for tomorrow, not today.
nobody Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Here we go boys and girls! Sabres on the clock!
G-Daddy Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 The Habs jump ahead of the Sabres. For Tinordi. And Darcy is on the clock....can you see him sweating? Thank goodness the slug is nowhere to be seen at our draft table. Our pick after the commercial!
North Buffalo Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 The Habs jump ahead of the Sabres. For Tinordi. And Darcy is on the clock....can you see him sweating? Marcy does not look happy, bet he wanted Tinordi
nobody Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 And just like with the Bills - time for a commercial. Of course at least with the NHL they wait until the break is over to pick.
nfreeman Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 is vs still showing it? the sabres are about to pick and vs is on commercial!
G-Daddy Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 ame='DGW54321' date='25 June 2010 - 10:01 PM' timestamp='1277517665' post='214288'] Marcy does not look happy, bet he wanted Tinordi I hope he has a back up plan that does not include Taro Tsusimoto (sp?)
BamBam Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 The Habs jump ahead of the Sabres. For Tinordi. And Darcy is on the clock....can you see him sweating? Thank goodness the slug is nowhere to be seen at our draft table. Our pick after the commercial! Tinordi was the guy.. They will never admit it, but Montreal jumped up, and paid up. Darcy failed to get it done. You could tell they were pissed at the table before going to break. Dam. Tinordi and Myers would've been huge.
nfreeman Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 never mind. there we go. last possible chance for a trade today...
North Buffalo Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 ame='DGW54321' date='25 June 2010 - 07:01 PM' timestamp='1277517665' post='214288'] Tinordi was the guy.. They will never admit it, but Montreal jumped up, and paid up. Darcy failed to get it done. You could tell they were pissed at the table before going to break. Dam. Tinordi and Myers would've been huge. Agreed, but common Montreal knew it and Marcy doesn't know how to play cards, pathetic.
G-Daddy Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Agreed, but common Montreal knew it and Marcy doesn't know how to play cards, pathetic. Who are all these jokers walking up to the podium?? And it's Pysyk. Funny, neither Darcy nor Lindy smiled when they shook his hand.
BamBam Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Safe and simple...and doesn't wow you with anything. Thats how Bob McKenzie just described him. Unreal
sabresnutinphoenix Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Safe and simple...and doesn't wow you with anything. Thats how Bob McKenzie just described him. Unreal safe and simple...Darcy Regier...
North Buffalo Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Another words a 3 line D? Write up isn't too bad, but really, couldn't he adjust and go for offense?
nobody Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Scott Cullen over at TSN had him going 21st to the Red Wings in his mock draft. " Mark Pysyk, D, Edmonton - Playing for a miserable Edmonton team, Pysyk is considered a safe pick; the type that could play in the league, unspectacularly, for many years."
