  1. 1. How I feel about this player:

    • 5: Must keep under any circumstances.
      34
    • 4: Would like to keep; would trade only for a great return (if under contract) or would pay a premium to re-sign (if FA).
      19
    • 3: Don't care if he stays or goes; would make a fair trade (if under contract) or pay somewhat above current salary to re-sign (if FA).
      3
    • 2: Don't want him on the team, really; would trade for a somewhat lesser return (if under contract) or sign at current or lower salary (if FA).

    • 1: Get this guy off of the team, no matter what it takes.

I would definately take Miller over Boo-ongo and Boo-ongo won the gold. The gold medal is nothing in terms of difficulty to attain in comparison to the stanley cup.16 victories for stanley and what 6? for the olympic medal.Millers a keeper regardless of the outcome in these playoffs.I would take Miller over Halak even knowing what I know now about what Halaks done.He could collapse in the next round? So whats he won?Nothing.Anything less than a cup is DICK ALL.58 goalies will walk away with dick all after these playoffs,Millers one of them.So you get rid of him?Thats not a decision I'd make.

stop saying you'd trade Miller for Ovechkin. First off, its totally ridiculous, and secondly, nobody wants to see Ovechkin come to Buffalo and be completely suffocated into playing Lindy's Xenophobic hockey. Name one eastern European on our team that has got along with the coach. How about Ovechkin's play in round 1, or the Olympics? Where was he in games 5, 6, 7, or against team Canada? He has the same problems our "core" has, he's just so freaking talented he gets away with it! And I never want to see a player in a Sabres uniform SNOW A CHILD!

Might want to add Myers to your list of 5's. That kid's a superstar-in-the-making. Wouldn't it be great to have him AND P.K. Subban in the lineup every night? Subban is playing GREAT hockey in the playoffs for the Habs. I love that kid's game. He and Myers will be rocks for their teams for the next decade.

So do we trade him now or wait until his value is a little higher?

Without Miller, the Sabres are the Leafs.

Even though I 100% agree with this statement, the fact remains that every goalie in the division (that made the playoffs) outplayed Miller in the 2010 Playoffs.

Yeah, second in goals against and third in SV% out of 14 goalies really sucks. :death:

You're right. Brian Elliott was so great, that he got yanked in Game 4 and never got back between the pipes for Games 5 or 6. Are you including him in the list of goalies that outplayed Miller? <_<

Good Point, and No. But I do think that Ottawa's goaltending as a whole in that series was better than what Miller gave Buffalo. Even if not, the best Miller could be placed is 3rd. Would you care to comment on that? The fact that Miller was significantly outplayed by division goalies in the playoffs is the point, as it related to his ranking on this board... not Elliott's performance in Game 4.

Wonder what the Wings would give up for Miller? Seems like a match made in heaven.

Do you think Enroth is ready? If so, then I think this could be a fruitful discussion. If not, then it makes no sense to even think about it.

Halak and Rask were better. I wasn't arguing that point.

Miller's team was outplayed too.

Probably not.

Is Howard more ready though?
