Fizz315 Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Tonight was one of the best games in the series I don't care what anyone else says little Gerbe played his heart out sucks Miller didn't have a shut out but it's going to give the team great confidence for Mondays game. We still are in this! Oh yeah and Chara= dirtbag. Mike Grier wow... playing his heart out as well.
Buffalo Wings Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 This was a good 60 minutes of hockey. A few bend-but-don't-break moments, but the effort was there. Put forth the same efforts on Monday (hopefully with a healthy Vanek) and good things will happen.
DR HOLLIDAY Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Mike Grier wow... playing his heart out as well. Totally agree..........

Fizz315 Posted April 24, 2010 Author Report Posted April 24, 2010 Totally agree.......... At least someone else on here can agree with me, that was one shot to the head he took lmao, but I think we have a good shot with the momentum and a healthy Vanek... We can't lose yet! You never know;-)
darksabre Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Probably the most excited I've been about a game all year. Great to watch. More of the same Monday please?

Corp000085 Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Mike Grier didn't play his heart out, he played his ear off.
BuffalOhio Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 Mike Grier didn't play his heart out, he played his ear off. I wonder how bad that hurts (and looks) today? Remember when Peca got hit in the ear by a Smehlik dump out of the zone? That was friggin' horrible looking! And I agree, Grier is gettin' it done. I think he needs to be on this team again next year.
bunomatic Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 That game last night was a prime example of why Regier brought Grier back. He's all heart and soul.Do anything to win.Leave it all on the ice.Oh...and he's cheap. But I agree. He's worth bringin back.

During the season, he wasn't all that great, but since these playoffs started, I am honestly seeing the best games he has ever played, far as I'm concerned. I'm still shocked that it wasn't just a fluke and he's still at it.
