SwampD Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 I'm glad I'm not the biggest ###### on this board. No big deal? What the ###### is your problem. That's intent to injure pure and simple. As much as I'm proud to be a hockey fan the last few days, that slash today is just embarrassing. That's Slapshot material right there. And NBC is clueless, as usual. Whatever. It's what you do in the playoffs to win. It was meant to knock him off balance. It was not meant to smash his knee into a million pieces, and it's what I would want any of our guys to do when they beat.
wjag Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Another goal in the away end.. Rebound Buffalo: :worthy: :worthy: Boston:
Mikey Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Vanek via NBC "lower body, won't be back today". No kidding
Chief Enabler Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Kennedy on Lucic does not seem like the match up I would want <_<
wjag Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Lydman saved a goal by lifting Recchi's stick there..
Iron Crotch Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Ugh - c'mon fellas. Back to a tie game - time to dig deep.
wjag Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Chara gets an open net look 6 of 7 goals now in the away end Buffalo: :worthy: :worthy: : Boston:
ThePebble19 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 These guys need to find their offensive identity again, and quick...Lot of time in our end this period.
SabreInFla Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 I've gone from enjoyment to dread watching this game....
HopsGuy Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Now we know the answer to "What does it look like when an entire hockey team is fighting the puck?" Gee whiz.
Mikey Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 I've gone from enjoyment to dread watching this game.... This.
ThePebble19 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 Is it just me, or does it always seem like Ennis gets the puck in just a position around the net to do absolutely nothing with it? I like the kid a lot, but man, he gets a lot of looks he just can't do anything with.
Chief Enabler Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 thanks for laying some lumber Goose...

With some time he'll be able to (hopefully) find the spots that fit his style of play best.

I think he is just holding the puck a second too long...sometimes, you just need to let it rip when you get it...he seems to try to do too much sometimes...and that will only come with more experience.
wjag Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 It's time for Pominville or Connolly to make some noise in this series
