I don't want to get into a casino debate, I am just stating that it would be nice if there were some things to do within walking distance of the arena.

Did Crossroads Arena revitalize that part of downtown Buffalo? Sort of. There are some new restaurants and some luxury apartments. But I don't know how much it has to do with the Arena, especially since it was built right next to the Aud, anyway.
