JJFIVEOH Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 Wrong! The correct answer is both situations are beyond what is acceptable. In your eyes maybe. Every person, every society, every culture has the their own views of what is acceptable or not. Just because we may think differently, doesn't make it right or wrong.
kalen Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Ya, you are right. Paddling adolescents for showing a little skin may not be ethical in my culture, but I don't want to hold all humans to that standard. Hey, maybe it is alright to jail public kissers in Dubai!
SwampD Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Look, I personally believe I should be able to walk around naked, smoking pot all day, but all you tight-a## mother#####rs say I can't. ...so I don't.

Funny, because paddling adolescents used to be acceptable in your (our) culture not too long ago...... and not just by the kids' parents! Whatever you think is considered right or wrong.... all you have to do is look at our crime rates and overall disrespectful attitudes and it should tell you something. I'd be willing to bet that theft rate is very low in those countries that still cut fingers off.
