LabattBlue Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Both goalies get hurt in a game....Who is the disaster goalie for the Sabres?
TheChimp Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 This game was not Lalime's fault. No, he's not all that fantastic this season, but this team's defense is quite possibly worse right now than I have seen them since the lockout. No, they are. Oh sorry, maybe that wasn't what you were saying. I'm still learning to read.

deluca67 Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Both goalies get hurt in a game....Who is the disaster goalie for the Sabres? I thought Lalime was the disaster goalie.
Two or less Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 I'm not sure who's sinking to rock bottom quicker...... The Buffalo Sabres or this forum?
TheChimp Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 I'm not sure who's sinking to rock bottom quicker...... The Buffalo Sabres or this forum? Please. Go sit in on LGS a few minutes.
LabattBlue Posted February 7, 2010 Author Report Posted February 7, 2010 I'm not sure who's sinking to rock bottom quicker...... The Buffalo Sabres or this forum? What? I'm curious who would suit up if both goalies were hurt and couldn't continue?
Two or less Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Please. Go sit in on LGS a few minutes. How about go #%^$#! yourself?
Cereal Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Both goalies get hurt in a game....Who is the disaster goalie for the Sabres? Goodness gracious! I did not watch the game, then I read this post and thought that both Miller and Lalime had actually gotten hurt. This would probably be a good question for Bill Hoppe I imagine.... Peters used to be it, right?
TheChimp Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 How about go #%^$#! yourself? What?? I was referring to how dead it is there. I thought that was your point about THIS forum. Then again, I could use a good #%^$#!. Thanks!
Two or less Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 I would guess Enroth. If he was serious with the question, he meant during the game.
carpandean Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Harry or RJ said that Myers played goalie as a kid. It was right after that goal that he saved with his foot, hacky-sack style. Then, there was that practice where guys were playing goalie ...

TheChimp Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Gotcha. Then I apologize. Sorry for over reacting. No worries. I'm sure I'll eventually say something that warrants it ;)
Two or less Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 Just had a rough day. And then the pathetic Sabres game... and i misunderstood what you meant. Sorry again, there is no excuse for it. And welcome to the forum.
Eleven Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 If he was serious with the question, he meant during the game. Blue, if your question refers to injuries to both Gs during a game, where neither can continue, then I have no idea who the emergency G is. I'm sure there is one; I'm also sure that he takes no shots in practice, ever. If it gets to that point, I really hope that sportsmanship takes over; the other team can have its win, but (let's say) Lydman in net remains unmolested. If I had to pick an emergency G? 1) Lydman--he's had some amazing saves over the years. 2) Rivet, for experience; or Tallinder, same reason. 3) Ink; he'll just beat the hell out of everyone for no reason whatsoever. 11-1 loss, maybe, but it would be fun to watch.

I'd pick the best skater, or at least someone with quick feet. Meaning Craig "Cement Shoes" Rivet wouldn't be one of my picks
Bmwolf21 Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 Maybe Bill Hoppe can shed some light on Blue's query...
