Some Phillies fans pulled it a few years back, I think on a Saint Louis batter, but I don't recall all of the details that well. Freaking stupid. It can cause eye damage, and there's no real need for that. Then again, Vancouver fans lately seem like the Philly fans of Canada, so I'm not shocked.
