DR HOLLIDAY Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 anyone else lose their feed? Yeah I did too, it was gone for about 2 minutes.

... Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Six minutes to go.. Alamo time.. Defend the fort No way, they need to attack.
Eleven Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Come on, pull Price. It's the smart move with 75 seconds left and a faceoff deep in the Buffalo end.
wjag Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 No way, they need to attack. This is Buffalo Sabres hockey we're talking about. They will be in clamp down mode til they tie or it ends..
DR HOLLIDAY Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Miller with a wicked save on camelhead.....
wjag Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 This might be their best game in a very, very, very long time
DR HOLLIDAY Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Shutout Miller................Looked like the best goalie in the league..........
end the curse Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Whooo-hoooo!!! Four in a row! Clutch faceoff win by Roy at the end of the game.
... Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Told you, this game needed Miller to make a statement, and IMHO he did.
Calvin Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Shutout Miller................Looked like the best goalie in the league.......... MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER MILLER!!! :worthy:
Eleven Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 This might be their best game in a very, very, very long time Yep. And for the record, I don't think they were in clamp-down mode until the last 1:30 or so.
wjag Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Yep. And for the record, I don't think they were in clamp-down mode until the last 1:30 or so. I disagree. From the six minute mark on all they did was dump the puck to center. They had maybe one or two rushes from that point.
... Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 I disagree. From the six minute mark on all they did was dump the puck to center. They had maybe one or two rushes from that point. Montreal was putting up a good fight, though, like they were in the first. I also think they only went into clamp-down mode within the last few minutes. I think they were looking for a chance to attack prior to that but the Habs wouldn't give it to them.
wjag Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Looking for the trifecta: Bills win, check Sabres win, check.. Shoutout of Montreal: bonus Ravens loss...
JohnRobertEichel Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 56 points at the halfway mark, 4th best team in the NHL right now. Miller's been phenomenal, the defensemen have been outstanding, our third and fourth liners have been very solid...now if we can just get our top 6 forwards to pick up the scoring pace a little :) Vanek: 11 goals Connolly: 11 goals Roy: 10 goals Pominville: 10 goals MacArthur: 10 goals Stafford: 9 goals
