NobesBLO13 Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 Hey y'all I was wondering if anyone recalls who's idea it was for the original Ice Bowl in the B'lo. Was it the nhl's idea? Or was it Sabres ownership? I seem to remember Larry Quinn hinting that it was the Sabres' idea though I may have it wrong. Does anyone know?

It was a resounding success, so I'm sure that Quinn hinted that it was his idea. But I don't know the answer.

I mean even before the actual event I just seem to remember that it was a Buffalo thing for than an NHL thing like it is now.
Mbossy Posted December 28, 2009 Report Posted December 28, 2009 Buffalo wasn't the first Ice-bowl. Fenway is going to suck. 37 degrees and rain. No snow anywhere in Boston right now. (right Shrader)?
