LabattBlue Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 This was mentioned in the Buffalo News earlier this week. Record in one goal games... Regulation 6-1 OT 1-2 SO 2-0 Combined record 9-1-2. The ability to win close games bodes well for March, April and beyond!
Sabre Dance Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 The ability to win close games bodes well for March, April and beyond! Not to be the "glass half-empty" guy, but if you look at it the other way, the Sabres are not outscoring teams by very much. It's good that the team can hold a one-goal lead, but a lot of that has to do with Miller's play. Every game will never be a blowout, I know but I'd be a lot more comfortable if there was just a little more goal-scoring. That being said, I AM very happy the team continues to win, Miller continues to look solid and Kaleta continues to score goals (!!). Go, team, go! Beat them soundly...in the skermish!
spndnchz Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 They mentioned something on VS the other night about it. Almost exact opposite of last year?
