shrader Posted November 17, 2009 Report Posted November 17, 2009 what, the same guy who said malkin was going to the kings earlier this year? http://www.torontosun.com/sports/hockey/2009/01/04/7912976-sun.html garrioch is a fat douche. It's my goal to make "Eklundian" a commonly accepted term around the hockey universe. I think fat douche would have to be worked into the definition somehow.

shrader Posted November 17, 2009 Report Posted November 17, 2009 Maybe "Eklian" instead? It just flows better. I hear Ek and I think Dennis Eckersly. We can't have people thinking of a creepy looking former pitcher when talking hockey.
deluca67 Posted November 17, 2009 Report Posted November 17, 2009 Not without a 3-yr extension on marty's contract, which isn't going to happen because Marty wants to be a starter somewhere. Unless Biron got a dose of reality much like Reuben Brown did when first became a free agent and ended up crawling back to the Bills. Biron had to settle for a job with the Islanders. He may realize that even though he sees himself as a #1 goalie, the only opinions that count are the GM's and they don't see him that way.
grelit Posted November 17, 2009 Report Posted November 17, 2009 fair enough. the guy's still a big fat douche though. to wit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=343Nqe3hcFE Its funny watching this....the guys fat cheeks get more and more blushed as he gets more angry....lol What an idiot....
SwampD Posted November 17, 2009 Report Posted November 17, 2009 I didn't get it. :) Capt. Tuttle didn't exist. Yet, the more people talked about him, the greater soldier he became in people's minds until he was honored by the General. When Timmy was injured and off the ice, the more people talked about him, the more goals and assists he got in people's minds until he was honored with a $4.5 mil contract. Told you it was a stretch.

No, it's perfect. I must be dense today.
