shrader Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 Patriot Lalime must be his attempt to gain favor with the american fans. Smart move with the name change.
nfreeman Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 too good not to post here. Thursday 03 dec 1531: | NHL Enroth back to Sabres again Jhonas Enroth is back in Sideboard Sabres and NHL again. Tonight to Thursday did he a charge for Portland anti Manchester, held season first nonentity and put compelling 39 of 39 hump. Sedan arrived beskedet that Sabres- reserves Patriot Lalime send down to Portland for that poll matchträning and under these terms is the conviction that Enroth ska smother up his place in Sabres. Portland am acting hemmamatcher both Fri.- Saturday and a bortamatch on Sunday, which give Lalime one cry of matches that act wonder veckoslutet. At the same time am acting Sabres housewife anti Montreal ikväll and match anti New York Precedence on Saturday. Patriot Lalime had only act three matches this season. The latest each 21 November in 3-5- losses anti Ottawa. Outstanding. It figures that Lalime would drive his sedan in a beskedet manner. He stinks. You know he's going to struggle in the hemmamatcher.
Stoner Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 You guys ever check out the transcripts on WGR's audio file page? Almost -- almost -- as good as these translations.
carpandean Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 held season first nonentity and put compelling 39 of 39 hump. Here's hoping that Miller can hold his fourth nonentity tonight and keep up his compelling hump percentage.
korab rules Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 Here's hoping that Miller can hold his fourth nonentity tonight and keep up his compelling hump percentage. Insert bad Tallinder joke here...
Stoner Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 Insert bad Tallinder joke here... That's what she said.
korab rules Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 That's what she said. What do baby seals and Tigers have in common?
shrader Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 What do baby seals and Tigers have in common? Oh god, when will it stop?
Stoner Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 What do baby seals and Tigers have in common? People club them for their meat?
korab rules Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 People club them for their meat? Close. Way I heard it was they both get clubbed by Norwegians. Admittedly not the best finnish (intentional mis-spelling) in the world. I will claim credit for the pun.

I will claim credit for the pun. I wonder if swedes like being confused for fins... or norwegians for that matter.
korab rules Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 I wonder if swedes like being confused for fins... or norwegians for that matter. details, details. Norse?
Taro T Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 You guys ever check out the transcripts on WGR's audio file page? Almost -- almost -- as good as these translations. Yeah, but at least WGR technically IS in English. (Note, I said, TECHNICALLY.) PS What's the difference between a golf ball and a Cadillac Escalade? Ans: Tiger can drive a golf ball 400 yards. :P
Stoner Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 Taro, do you play? Tell me you've never been in the water hazard and hit a tree on the same drive.
bob_sauve28 Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 I was driving and listening to WGR and they ran an ad trashing 97 Rock for playing the same music over and over. I thought they were owned by the same company, but I guess they compete for Bills fans for the pre and post game shows.

BillHoppe Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Grier's out tonight. His mother's sick.
That Aud Smell Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 Grier's out tonight. His mother's sick. I recall her being mentioned as a reason he signed with San Jose.
BillHoppe Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 I recall her being mentioned as a reason he signed with San Jose. It's possible. I think she lives near Houston.
LabattBlue Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 I recall her being mentioned as a reason he signed with San Jose. I could be wrong, but I believe that it was Grier's wife who had family in the bay area.
bottlecap Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 just wish we had a team full of home boys who'd break their necks for Buffalo, as opposed to the paid mercenaries who'd just assume leave the team at the drop of a dime.

Mbossy Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Speculation that LaLime is starting against Chicago Friday so Miller can play against conf. team Rangers Sat. Insight Bill?
BillHoppe Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 Speculation that LaLime is starting against Chicago Friday so Miller can play against conf. team Rangers Sat. Insight Bill? It could be. Lindy NEVER lets on. I'm surprised we know Lalime's going to play this weekend. I guess Lindy likes to play goalies against their old teams. Lalime's last start came in Ottawa. That said, the Blackhawks are much more potent than the Rangers. Miller lost to the Rangers last week, too.
