Here's an oddity: The statistics at the top of the page tell me that 12 board members have voted: four for each of the two options.

I really dislike the idea that people are going to know how I vote in a poll.

That is a setting that is chosen per poll. I actually didn't know what it meant when I chose it. I left it because this poll isn't a big deal. Public results is not the default.

 

I can see how it could be useful (who wants to buy a t-shirt? Select a size)...
