spndnchz Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 Busted drug dealer says so, must be true. http://www.washingto...d-steroid-bust/ UPDATE 3-23-2010 http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/03/23/AR2010032302421.html
inkman Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 I'm of the opinion that the majority of professional athletes are on something.
SwampD Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 Don't we want our professional atheletes on steriods? I mean, really, if they can push any more performance out of their bodies for my entertainment, then I'm all for it.
wonderbread Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 As far as I see it I am not surprised one bit. Nothing in the Pro sports world would surprise me. wizzanator et al.

Stoner Posted May 28, 2009 Report Posted May 28, 2009 I'm pretty sure Godzilla was pretty juiced up at times. Har har.
red Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 I'm of the opinion that the majority of professional athletes are on something. Absolutely. So much of this topic interests me. A good movie out there is 'Bigger, Stronger, Faster'. But the problem is bigger than just America's desire to be the best, no matter what the cost. The Russians were juicing before we were. Looking at those pictures of the East German WOMEN'S swim team of the 60's-80's...(yuck, why would a woman want to take MALE hormones?!!?). In the mid-80's, 'Fridge Perry was an abberation. Considered a freak at over 300 pounds. Amazing how in 20 short years, a lineman (offensive or defensive) is now considered smallish if less than 300 lbs. How does anyone really think they got this big? Go on YouTube and look at the physiques of the Bills teams of the 90's (and others) of the NFL. Now go back and watch a game from last year. In 10-15 years these guys have become walking pharmacy labs. Baseball has become the like that log kicked over in the woods. Once the log rolls over, all of the creepy crawlies that had been in the dark going about their business are now exposed. Lance Armstrong ticked off so much of the French for winning as much as he has. Was he juiced, of course. But that's not why the French are pee'd- rather, its because he beat them at their own game and their drugs are not as good as Lance's. Looking at hockey players, you would be hard pressed as they don't look like physical specimens. But Lance Armstong doesn't either. EPO is probably the drug of choice for hockey. And then there is the fans. We keep buying this stuff. I mean, if we didn't pay for it, Barry Bonds would be content settling for a career based on his amazing talent, not GH, steroids, the cream, the clear, etc, etc, etc. It's all rotten. Everyone is guilty.
