blugold43 Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 the point that nothing will change until there are more empty seats is not discussed often enough. honestly i am not sure why attendance is as good as it is.
wonderbread Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 the point that nothing will change until there are more empty seats is not discussed often enough. honestly i am not sure why attendance is as good as it is. Cause it is the only show in town. Add a Pro basketball team and a Pro-baseball team and it would decrease dramatically.
Sabre Dance Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 The problem is if there are too many empty seats, Tommy G. might decide that being an NHL owner is too risky and begins looking to sell the team. Trouble is, the new owner wants the team in (Winnepeg, Hamilton, Kansas City...pick one). So, there should be some empty seats, but not too many. How about some longtime season ticket holders get a full page ad in the newspaper and publish an open letter to Mr. G. telling him how they feel? :chris:
