Only saw the 3rd on and now I wish I would not have seen any of it. The only goals I saw tonight were Atl's. Should have turned it off after their first one. I don't think the season is over just yet...but it does seem to look like there are only 13 games left in it. Pominwho?......OH!....that's who.

Get rid of Darcy and replace him with a GM who can identify hockey players who have talent, grit and determination (that means no max, no pominville, no paille) and we'll have a team we can be proud of. Not a team that spend the last two weeks of the season "fighting" for that last playoff spot. We have seen this scenario play out too many times. you get to be the number 8 seed and you're one and done. Why even bother. Build a team that has a realistic chance of winning. This team needs reqal hockey players, not the girly men that darcy favors.

Pommer must of heard me and thought the game was over, when in fact, there were 4 seconds left. Tonight was such a cliche loss: 1) A goal in last minutes of the first period 2) A short-handed goal 3) A last-second goal 4) A shootout game-winner against by an AHL callup I will say one thing, and I am in absolutely no way giving an excuse, but I have to give props to Lehtonen for making some absolutely great saves. And just to prove that I am not making excuses, Connolly and Pommer BOTH stopped skating on the SHG and either could have given Reasoner enough trouble to stop the goal. Absolutely :censored: disgusting!

Tonight is a game where Miller could have made a difference.

Tonight is a another night where the Miller injury has killed the Sabres. A healthy Miller and the Sabres have two points they may not have deserved. Like many points this season that Miller has stolen.

Pomminstein didn't take a single stride after he hit the Buffalo blueline.

While Max has stepped up his game somewhat ever since he came off IR, I don't think that many people are convinced that it's for real.

That short handed break should never have happened, then Pominville and Connolly quit skating before that play was over. And Pominville's panic wuss shot at the end there was the pass Atlanta needed to tie it. Pominville needs to sit.

We know what Lalime is, a backup goalie. Which is all the more reason that guys like Pominville have to play smarter and harder. You're right. With Miller in goal tonight we would have beaten a non-playoff team. YEAH! But if we want to be better, then Pominville(someone who people on this board wanted to be captain) cannot make plays like that. Leaders don't pull up on a play that isn't over yet. I blame Pominville more than Lalime tonight. At least Lalime was trying.

Because he's a backup, and when the backup plays the rest of the team has to protect him by eliminating give-aways in the zone and backchecking, two things that the Sabres have sucked at the entire season.
