Not likely, It didn't look intentional but could have been serious. Being a Sabres fan, any injury to Miller is serious.

Like getting hit with a high stick, it shouldn't matter whether it's intentional or not. <_<

It's not supposed to happen unless they want to encourage more teams/players making runs at the goalies behind the net playing the puck. They need to send a message or it will continue to escalate as the season winds down.

This team deserves to have Miller out long term. Maybe it will teach them a lesson.

99% of the time I just ignore your posts as they are all the same crybaby bullsh-t about what ever player is your flavor of the week whipping boy. This post though deserves a reply: You're a f-cking moron.

Damn... CrapTV just cut my feed just as they were hitting the Lexus shootout..

Yeah that's one thing I hate, sometimes they leave it on for several minutes like a tease and other's like tonight just die in middle of him talking about it. <_<

Well, really critical win. But, I'm really concerned about Miller. I hope it's nothing serious. It looks like a hip related injury the way he fell down after Gomez tripped and interfered with Miller. I really hope Miller is not seriously hurt. However, based on what I saw against Carolina, I do have confidence in Lalime and if this team can pull together and not Lalime hang out to dry like they have in the 7 games he's lost this year, I think the Sabres can pile up some wins.

Unfortunately, the Bruins didn't do us any favors tonight by losing to Florida, so there's a three way tie now for 6th.

As for the game itself, I thought the Sabres came out strong and very physical. Unfortunately, nobody took out Dubinsky and he's the guy that the Sabres should have just taken out. But, overall, pretty solid play by the Sabres and they score another PP goal, but they give up yet another PK goal which is become extremely frustrating as the spiral downward in PK stats. Good to see Hecht got on the board on a great play by Connolly. Connolly and Paille had really strong games tonight, and Paille has played really well since his latest benching.

I hope Miller is okay as this team's luck goes the way of Miller.

He obviously doesn't like the Sabres, doesn't like any of us and yet he keeps posting. I can only assume that he is very lonely and doesn't have anyone elso to talk to.

WGR streams the post game (audio) online I think.

Wear your Team Pu$$y t-shirt if you like. A team the Sabres are fighting with for a playoff spot just took out the only NHL quality goalie the Sabres have under contract. If Miller is out for even a handful of games say good bye to any playoff hopes.

That you protect your most important player. They have been letting Miller get run for years now. It may cost them a playoff spot.

I agree about protecting Miller but don't know how that could have been prevented tonight.

I can't wait until Lalime proves you to be the dumba$$ that you are.

You must be an even bigger one to not understand his point.

It's an ankle. Pray it's a low sprain.

Damn.. That just took all the steam out of the win unless your name is Deluca..

Maybe if they addressed it earlier. If they would have gone after the Sens hard when they spent the other night running Miller the Rangers wouldn't have gone after Miller tonight. The Sabres reputation is out there. The Sabres are a gutless team that doesn't protect their goalie. I expect Lalime get run on Tuesday.
