mphs mike Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 I wonder if anyone who was present in Pittsburgh to see Watson score goal #1 in win #1 will be around to see goal #10,000 scored. Since game #1 was on the road I would think it would only be a club employee.
inkman Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 goal #10,000 scored. I'm not sure I understand the hubbub surrounding "milestones" such as these.
Stoner Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 I imagine this doesn't count playoff goals. I never understood why playoff performances are never counted -- coaching wins, for example. Another hockey head-scratcher.
gregkash Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 Milestones like this actually mean a lot to me. I'll be rooting for number 10,000 tonight.
pkwwjd Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 I'm actually hoping that we hit 10,010 tonight ...
billsrcursed Posted December 13, 2008 Report Posted December 13, 2008 So this was why we only got 1 goal tonight...... I knew somehow someone here cursed us ;) .... that and Stafford couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with a shovel full of B.B.'s
