Brian Burke stepping down as GM

Well, according to a few different sources, it looks like Burke is stepping down today as GM of the Ducks. I'm quite certain the rumors to Toronto will soon begin to surface if not already. Interesting discrepancy as some reports saying he's stepping down and other reports indicating he's been fired. It's a very strange front office situation in Anaheim as their owner seems to be up on fraud, stock option backdating and other business related charges with Broadcom. Seems like a good time to leave Anaheim, eh?
