He's seemed reluctant in the past to play for the Russian team, maybe he's looking at playing for team USA, then again, maybe he just wanted to vote...

I'm sure his girlfriend will settle in Florida like every other pro tennis player and golfer, also ... assuming the get hitched he may as well become a citizen.
