Well I guess the objective of at 3 of 4 points on this road trip has been met. Need to get the other now in OT.

 

Announcer said "Roy dug it out".. That was late in the game, so maybe he's alright. I didn't see him on the ice though..

 

 

Yeah, he's out there, I've seen him. I' like to put the next three games away in the first period. I enjoy OT and the occasional SO, but... this my heart can't take this.

Wow. Thankfully, Harry Neale just explained to me that Miller's glove save allowed the Sabs to change. Otherwise, I would have had no idea.

We should have won that game in regulation, but once again we get a point.

you can feel nothing but good about this game. don't know why we lost but the sabres owned them. this is a good sabres team.

Smyth said that he remembered what beat Miller during the shootout competition in the all-star game and just did it again. I'm still not sold on the whole shootout idea.

Ok. wjag does this a lot. I don't think they are avatars, though, but I'm not sure. In any event, the yellow head with the knife in it means a goal against. And the yellow head with the black hood above and below means a goal for. Or so I've gathered over a couple of years. To sum up: "stabby face" bad; "hoodie face" good.

Nah, it's because of Smyth's comment. This loss doesn't bother me that much, we played very well and earned a point against a good team on their own ice.
