Stoner Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 February 26, 1987 Wilf Paiment scores the only hat trick of his time in Buffalo (one season), and the only hat trick of the year for the Sabres, in a 4-3 win over the Blues at the Aud. The Sabres won for the sixth time in seven games, one of the few bright stretches in a season that saw them finish 16 games under .500 and miss the playoffs for the second year in a row.
mphs mike Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Until I read this I didn't even remember Paimont playing for the Swordsmen. I think of him as a Kansas City Scout!

LOL, I had no idea he played for us either! I was in the Air Force in Virginia at the time, and judging by how bad the team was, that wasn't a bad time to be away
Rock DJ Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 I agree Bob.... I was in the AF in Guam that year.... B-)
