She's a runner......I wish I had more time to ride. Thrree kids and too many activities. I put 600 miles on this year. That used to be a Saturday ride. Oh well!

That's what I've felt like the last two months or so, no time to ride. I put a few about 5k on this year before that though.

The pass distribution I mentioned early has a lot to do with not throwing again before the attempted field goal. The ball was going to Lynch even if they tried to throw.

I forget, how did they get to the Browns 34? No football head coach worth anything sits on the ball at the 34 with over a minute left.

One of 5 passes caught by a WR or TE. They weren't likely to go that route again, especially with the way Trent always resorted to the dump offs. They went to Royal because a longer throw was one of few options at that point. Once they were back in field goal range, where else were they going to throw but short to Lynch again?

Wolf, yeah, and that contract extension sure does look great now, doesn't it?

I am agreeing with all your posts so far DeLuca. The moon and the stars must have been aligned right last night. But as you say, we do have Dick for a coach, but in all reality we don't have Dick for a coach. He has made some of the most ridiculous calls I have ever seen in football. Martz is a close second to ol' Dick.

Even Lindell said the kick probably would have been good if he were in closer.

If the Bills want to win.....they don't need DICK!!!!!

Ralph was looking just as lost as Dick in his box last night. That doesn't sound right.

What really hurts this team more is having a owner unwilling to do what it takes to put the right people in place. The head coach was the cheapest around. He went from a figure head GM in Levy to promoting some nobody that used to design their magnetic schedules or something. They don't have a GM or anyone in the organization with the ability to step in and say this isn't working and a change needs to be made. This team will continue to be irrelevant until Wilson is gone. Unfortunately the won't be in Buffalo at that point so it wont matter.

It's apparent that Ralph wants his coffin to be lined with all his money and he really doesn't seem to care whether he sees his team win a championship or not for the city, the people of Buffalo and WNY who have supported his miserable asss forever. I also think the team will be somewhere else when they start winning again. I wish Kelly would have slapped the hell out of DJ on the sidelines last night and then gone up to RWs box and tossed a few his way too. He seems to be the only guy with any passion on the sidelines. I bet he could still play better than the three stooges we have as QBs right now.

I keep hoping that Ralph handles his contracts like Golisano and the City of Buffalo -- they sit on the desk unsigned. Maybe he can be talked out of signing Dick's extension... :chris:

The sad part is that it probably doesn't even matter. If they ever actually got rid of Jauron, they'd just go the cheap route with the next hire too.

While I cling to the hope that there is even a remote chance someone at OBD will wise up and realize you can't go cheap when picking the head coach and staff, deep down I know you're right. We're going to be stuck with retreads, castoffs and longtime assistants who shouldn't be head coaches, at least until Ralphie passes. Then who knows if we'll even have a team.

Sometimes it really sucks being a Buffalo sports fan. :(

Jim Kelly needs to make Ralph an offer he can't refuse.

How much money can Kelly possibly have? He might be part of an ownership group and might end up being managing partner or something, but he's never going to own the team outright.

I think Jim can be the face behind a group of investors, but Jimbo ain't going at it alone -- not unless he's getting a chunk of the government's bailout.

Let's not kid ourselves. Kelly is an amateur. get used to the Toronto Bills.

If that happens the NFL is dead to me.

Amen.

And if there is any more evidence needed of Dick (head) Jauron not being a good coach, laying down at the 34 to kick a 50+ (sorry, 47, but still) yard fieldgoal with a bad team is one thing...but the Bills were moving the ball on the Browns (despite Edwards' worst efforts) pretty handily. If Marv had another 20 seconds, they would have gotten another play off, and history would likely have been different...and so much kinder!!

I bet those welfare checks from Erie County all get signed right away.

Hey jackass, you've been off ignore for weeks. I just realized that 99% of what you post isn't worth the time or effort.

Want a response? Go :censored: ing play in traffic.

How's that work for you?

Sorry, that one went right over my head.

It's okay, you guys probably did something with your lives this weekend unlike myself, who watched the godfather 1 and 2 on AMC...twice.

After all these years, you just realized that? I sensed you were a little slow on the draw, but jeez.
