Guest Sloth Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 If Buffalo were to win Sunday, do you guys think they would have a legitimate shot to go 11-5? That would be an 8-5 record for the last 13 games, after Sunday's win...hopefully. They'd have to take one from the Patriots to pull that off, in my opinion.
darksabre Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 let's not talk about it unless it happens. I like this 2-0 start, I don't want to ruin it with delusions of grandeur just yet.

CallawaySabres Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 I think they would REALLY have to crap the bed not to hit 10-6 so 11-5 or 12-4 should not seem like a pipe dream.
lemming36 Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 IF my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle.
wjag Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 IF my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle. Not necessarily... There are no absolutes in nature..

wonderbread Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 IF my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle. Well I did see an add in the back of the City Paper today that may allude to something very similar.

thesportsbuff Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I'll be in attendance. It will be my first pro football game, so hopefully they pull off a W.
Guest Sloth Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I can't wait until he Bills go to Miami! My cousin, uncles and Dad started a tradition last year of meeting in Miami to watch the Bills play. This year I decided to join up. This will be my first regular season Bills game in 13 years!
Guest Sloth Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Sorry about continuing talk about the Buffalo Bills. I don't think the Bills run defense has truly been tested yet. The Jaguars were missing their starting 3 upfront linemen. That had to play at least a small role on the Bills great run defense last week. I definitely think the Bills run defense is MUCH better than last years. I just think this Sunday will truly show what they can or cannot shutdown. The Raiders back has an average of 5 plus yards a carry.
JujuFish Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I believe the last time they went 3-0 to start they also went to the S.B. Yeah, and the Bills have gone 4-0 and missed the playoffs completely.

Either than or Russell is going to have to find a way to be an NFL QB in a hurry. Even with Walker as his primary receiver, his still hampering his injury and probably wont see too much action come his way (unless he's blocking for the back).
Hirly5 Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Well, I am going to say it. There is no reason why they shouldnt be 5-0 going into the bye week. At worst they will be 4-1 with the loss coming against Arizona because they are playing some good football and it is at Arizona. There schedule is VERY weak. I see them going 12-4 or 11-5. If I jinx the Bills then so be it, they have missed the playoffs for 9 years, what is another year? GO BILLS!!!!!! The Buffalo sports revolution begins in 2008
