Two or less Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Tatum Bell Does His Best Ruben RiveraPosted by Matt Casey: Tuesday, September 2, 2008 10:41 PM Oh baby, you really can't make this stuff up. So the Lions met with Cincinnati outcast Rudi Johnson, and while they're in the middle of closing the deal, Rudi's bags were stolen outside of Matt Millen's office. Thanks to surveillance cameras, we know that the thief was the man who Rudi was hired to replace: Tatum Bell. Per the source, Bell took the bags to the house of a female acquaintance. When confronted on the matter, Bell offered up some cockamamie story that he thought the bags belonged to someone he knew. The girl, however, said that she hadn?t seen Bell in several months and he showed up out of the blue and asked her to keep the bags for a while. (Profootballtalk.com) Seriously, what a league. FogBat Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 Link- http://blogs.nbcsports.com/home/archives/matt_casey/  He says it best, "what a league". That's messed up. <_< Now I'd like to see football go through a season-long lockout and then it would be the icing on the cake, just for poetic justice.
FogBat Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 Same guy posted this blog entry as well. The comment posted on that blog sure added some irony to the situation as well. Take heart, Sabres fans. It looks like our boys have a much better chance of getting into the SCP's this year than the Isles.
