happily, PD doesn't just go upside the head of the usual blo-moron-gger suspects -- there's also a backhand directed at the sun's bruce the douche.

E1 - This is a rumor that comes from a single reliable source not in any way directly connected to the players or teams involved.

George used to play hockey at the rec center until his wife left him, he had keys that let some of the Flyers skate during summers - so he has Murray Craven's autographed picture over the bar, which lends him lots of credibility. He also bought Peter Zezel's truck when he was traded to the Blues and that sucker is still right behind the kitchen dumpster, so he's got way-back connections.

 

E3 - This came directly from a message board with an NHL logo and at least one blog.

 

E4 - This came from a sports radio program caller.

 

E5 - Lifted from TSN.ca or the NHL website.
