Is it your shoes? If I don’t switch what shoes I wear on a regular basis, my back and sciatica flare up really bad. And I have one pair that I know I can only wear one day or I’ll be in trouble.

The weather in Buffalo right now.  
 

I’m in town for a few weeks, family commitments and such.   It’s wet and cold, the sky is grey, lots of ice, then snow, then more ice, then more snow.     6 more days …
