Still can't fix my slice this season.   I need to stay on the fairway.   Need to get a few lessons I suppose.

Tee Off Harold Ramis GIF

I find that I get my best scores when my second shot is from someone else's fairway.  Hit it hard and long off the tee, then make a correction.  😃

Bought a new car 3 years ago.  It included free oil changes up to 32k miles...change every 8k.  Once "free" oil changes were done, sticker on windshield and paperwork says oil change every 6k.  FU...unless it is warranty work, you will never see me again.

I always go by what the service intervals are in the user manual.  Even if you don't have a paper manual with service intervals, you can find the manual online.

Was at a local chain today, and all of a sudden there was a ruckus at the counter.  Someone had gone through the drive thru with a child around 1 in the front seat with nothing more than a seatbelt.  Employees were trying to get license plate and call 911.  The kicker…there was a car seat in the back seat.

😡😡😡

The amount of unsecured children I used I see driving around Charleston, SC was incredibly sad. Thankfully I don’t see too much of it anymore.

Want to start over with a new sleep study.  Have never been comfortable with cpap from 7-8 years ago.  Going to a new specialist prior to sleep study. Was told, would you mind seeing a PA? I said, no that would be fine.  Response…okay, next available is for 12/10.  WTF…if I need to wait 3 months to see a PA, and not even a doctor, maybe you should close the practice to new patients.

A few years back I had what I suspected was a skin cancer growing on the back of my neck.  The potential for how fast melanoma can go stage 4 scared the ***** out of me.  I called 6 dermatologists to try to get an appointment.  The soonest I could see one was 5 months.  Depending on what it was, 5 months could be too late. Freaked me the hell out.

I did get my regular doctor to do the biopsy and send it to a lab for evaluation.  Fortunately it was pre-cancerous and not an immediate concern.

And we bashed Canada for wait times.  We’re already with them here.

Contractors suck. Had garage floor and front porch “coated” a couple of days ago. Overall, it looks great, but have a few spots that need to be looked at and corrected.  All of a sudden, calls and emails which were returned immediately(prior to job being done), are now going unanswered.

My MIL is 85 and has been a smoker for about 70 years.  She is still quite sharp and very tough -- largely constructed at this point of whisky and leather.  Her mom lived to be 99.  I'm 100% confident that my MIL would live at least that long IF she would quit smoking.

But noooooooooooooooooooo.  She smokes, and she lies about it, and she has COPD (not lung cancer), and she ends up in the hospital with difficulty breathing every 6 weeks or so -- which requires her kids to drop everything, miss work, travel to another city (3 of the 4 kids have moved away), sleep on her couch and take turns taking care of her, dealing with the hospital, getting her home and watching her.

She also refuses to have a health aide visit her even a few times a week for a couple of hours -- she doesn't want them in her house.  That of course means it falls on her kids to take care of her every time this happens.

And when pressed about smoking or about having a health aide visit her, she throws a tantrum.

Good times!

Maybe your wife could give her some smokeless like Skoal or Copenhagen for her next B-day?  Give the lungs a break while still getting her sweet nicotine rush.  😉

My grandmother used to live with us when I was younger.. She used to smoke with O2 her face  and even had a Trach temporarily from throat cancer... From smoking

When I was a kid, I remember her popping a cig to the teach to smoke through it 😂😂

She also had diabetes and was supposed to not be eating sweets... She would trick my parents by emptying a bag of veggie crisps and promptly dumping a container or 2 of Sno-Caps In there, so it appeared she was eating healthy.

I caught her one day and just like the mob, she gave me the be quiet sign and slid a 20$ bill to me to not tell my parents. She was a train wreck but they don't build them like that anymore 😂

Yep.  Problem is you can’t go on it for 24 hours after they after done, and that is when I saw the problem spots.

I started working out about 7 weeks ago, I have the tonal and it's great. Most of my form is fine, but my squats and deadlifts I'm pretty sure are trash. I have poor hip and ankle mobility. I'll probably need to go see a trainer just for form. But my lower back is shot today from the sets from yesterday (probably with improper form) that feeling where the nerves to the bladder are compressed making you feel like you gotta go, but really don't..... This is aging eh 😜

I get sore from 18 holes of golf, riding a cart.

Getting older has made simple things like farting turn into a 50/50 game.

I’m going 60/40.

My son is 19 months old and I can count on one hands how many times he’s slept through the night. Which wouldn’t be terrible, but I can also count on one hand how many times he’s stayed asleep past 515.

My baby is 19 years old and he doesn’t sleep at night either. He can sleep through most of the day though, lol.

My daughter is at 7 months now. She had been sleeping well but then that pesky first tooth started to make its presence known. But hey, at least there won’t be a bunch more of those coming in anytime soon.

I want to get a black goat head hat, but they don’t sell any on the NHL shop. I’m kind of shocked that they don’t have any. That pretty much kills all options for us out of owners who never come back.
