Delta Sonic sucks! This shouldn't be news to anybody, but it never ceases to amaze me how terrible their car wash jobs are. Got my car washed yesterday (I was going to do it myself, but didn't feel like practically showering outside due to high wind) and the wheel wells don't even look like they went through a car wash. Is it really that hard for people to spray the inside of the wells when they're doing the rims? I'm going to go back for both of my free car washes regardless of weather, just out of spite. Thankfully the weather should be getting close to the point where I can wash my car myself.

Sandra Fluke. Enough said.

My other complaint. It's too nice outside in central Alabama to be working today.

I'll agree with this. Why is there no competition for Delta Sonic? It's not like there aren't enough cars to go around.

I feel like you're going to run into the same problems at every single automatic car wash. I've been to one random place out here and it was the same exact thing. It was even worse than what I'm used to from Delta Sonic. The worst part though? When looking for a place online, some of the idiot comments left for this place praised the wet t-shirt wearing girls who lean over your windows to dry the car off afterwards. Then when I get there it's a bunch of 16 year olds. God this town makes me sick.

Restating my bitch:

Everyone complaining about late-night games. You have no idea what it is to finally, finally! drift off at 1230 am only to wake up at 330am. By 4am, you're pissed. By 430am, you're on SabreSpace looking for some post that's interesting. By 5, you're on BBC's website, looking for the news there. At 530, you're trying to find South Park reruns so that you can try for some more sleep, and by 545, you find them. Then, at 630, the winds start. Or your cellphone vibrates. Or that stupid South Park rerun goes up by a decibel. So you're awake again. But this time, you're really screwed; you have to get up in an hour. You shut off the South Park, you look at the phone and remind yourself that you'll deal with it later. You cover your head with a pillow to drown out the sound of the wind.

And still, you know that 730 is comin' for you.

And you don't sleep.

######.

I know I keep saying this, but nothing will solve your sleep issues like a good run (or other 45 minutes of hard cardio exercise) after work. Sleeping pills are nothing more than a quick fix that will ultimately be unhealthy. Exercise, shower, dinner with a little booze, read in bed, sleep.

I'm not sure what part of MA this is in, but it really doesn't matter. This could happen anywhere. Nonetheless, they are sick in the heart. Those kinds of comments and the age of these girls makes me think that they'll delve into kiddie porn as long as they can without getting caught.

Actual complaint: if my custom bike thing comes to fruition, since I'm sharing it with the girl I'm dating I can't do it up in blue with gold pinstripes. Those are her least favorite colors, and since she's a Synesthete[0] I'll go with it. I'll have to save that for the Goldwing Cafe bike idea I've been toying with. :)

I hated when I could ride my bike to Canada to get all new sorts of beer, but they were more expensive in Canada. I thought, how is it that the Canadians can afford to drink so much beer?

I hate that I can't buy Molson Dry.

Would you like underspray?

Would you like armor all for the wheels?

In the winter we recommend the ultra special super duper deluxe super kiss which includes 15 free rewashes where I try to sell you this same crap over and over again?

How about a Xmas tree air freshener?

You know the spinning brushes aren't good for the paint? REALLY? Then why the ###### are they part of your offerings?

IT, 100% IT!

No, our IT department are good guys who help where they can - they are just overwhelmed. They need more people in that department.

And the other is... ? (I'm going to go with, who are secretaries, Alex?)

Our business office, who is supposed to support the sales and service staff, but often will cave in to the customer's requests/demands, even when they are in blatant violation of policies and procedures.

and the "pull up, pull up" thing. Tell ya what buster when YOU pay for me to wash my car I'll make sure I'm bumper to bumper with the guy in front of me. Now spray off my rims some more.

I actually found this out last thursday the second I got back from having my teeth out but I felt terrible and didn't post... The Job that I was trying to get was given to someone else which pisses me off because I was lobbying for it for an entire month and this person IMHO is less qualified, but ###### me sideways and call me a bitch because thats what the Universe has been doing lately...

I relish it when HR at my company sends out one of those anonymous "associate engagement surveys". I wouldn't care if it wasn't anonymous, I'm brutally honest on those things and always end my comments with:

I'm fully aware that my comments and suggestions will not result in any real change, but I appreciate having the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Crib to cubicle to coffin, it's the american dream baby!

That sucks, man. Hope something better comes along for you.

 That's fantastic.

Damn; my happy hour date canceled, so no Shamrock-tini for me tonight. :(

I'm going home from DC to DFW tonight after a business trip. I will miss the Sabres-Bruins game. I went to check... got to the airport early and asked about an ealier flight. The clerk said it would cost $75 to change. I said never mind. She saw my flight was delayed, so she said she would get me on the earlier flight without having to pay the fee. Fine, sounds okay. Doing me a big favor. So I'm walking toward security and realize there's no seat assignment.... STANDBY????? ######. So when the new flight starts boarding, it shows me as #19 on the standby list. Thanks for nothing American Airlines counter clerk. You suck.

So I wait anyway, and sure 'nuff, no room on the early flight. Why get my hopes up? That's just st00pid.

Oh, and now my flight is over an hour and a half late.

I hate AA. :wallbash:

Trooth. Never slept better than I have been since I started working out in January.
