Just thought I update this thread to say I have chosen RU Afraid's "obsessageboarding" as my official term for my SabreSpace affliction.

Okay, here's another one. What do you call it when you've just written a post that you believe to be equall to the Magna Carta. A pearl of wisdom that will change everyones thinking forever, and anyone who doesn't read it is less of human being. You hit Add Reply, then refresh the Forum page only to find that someone else has added a post at the exact same time as you, and their name shows up instead of yours. You sit and wait and wonder if your masterpiece has gone un-noticed and you try to figure out a way to respond to some [what you feel to be inane] post in a manner that brings attention to your work of art that will shine light upon everyone who reads it.

 

There has to be a name for that.
