PTS Posted February 21, 2006 Report Posted February 21, 2006 A few days ago I posted what I thought the Olympic medal round bracket would look like in this thread. My thinking was that the winner of USA-Finland plays the winner of Swizterland-*Sweden. During the broadcast of the USA-Russia game, they keep saying the winner will play winner of Canada-*Russia, Every website I've seen makes it seem like I'm correct but they keep saying the other on TV. So which is it? Anyone know?
JujuFish Posted February 21, 2006 Report Posted February 21, 2006 According to http://www.nbcolympics.com/icehockey_men/index.html, the winner of US-Fin will play the winner of RUS-CAN
mphs mike Posted February 21, 2006 Report Posted February 21, 2006 According to http://www.nbcolympics.com/icehockey_men/index.html, the winner of US-Fin will play the winner of RUS-CAN That's where I've been getting my information. As a practical matter I think it is alot of effort to figure out who Finland plays in the semi's!!!!!!!
PTS Posted February 21, 2006 Author Report Posted February 21, 2006 That's where I've been getting my information. As a practical matter I think it is alot of effort to figure out who Finland plays in the semi's!!!!!!! They fixed the brackets because that's one of the sites I've been using. A few hours ago that site said our winner plays the SUI-SWE winner. But it's official, USA-FIN winner plays RUS-CAN winner. Here's to Canada being bumped without a sniff of any medal! Go Ruskies!
