hopeleslyobvious Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 There is something that feels wrong about this, but...Let's Go Devils!
R_Dudley Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 He always has been; he always has had the Sabs' number. Ditto that when he was with the Pens and Rangers he always seemed to do that to us, back then he played streaky though this season he has been their best player...
SabresFan526 Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 There is something that feels wrong about this, but...Let's Go Devils IN REGULATION! Added the regulation part for you. We can't have an OTL because that gives the Flyers a point.
Bmwolf21 Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 He always has been; he always has had the Sabs' number. Coming into tonight - 67GP, 23-23-46.
gregkash Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 i was kinda surprised when i saw kovalev had 41 goals. i knew he had the talent but he never really put it together in montreal. apparently this year that isn't quite true.
sabregoats Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 I totally thought that as well. But, then MSG showed a side angle, and it looks like the puck hit the top of the cage inside of the crossbar, and given there was no sound, it probably went in. But, yeah, I was with you, it didn't look like it went in initially, but I think the side angle showed it. It did. From the half-wall/corner angle you can see the puck hit the net and the mesh "bulge" on contact, but you have to go frame-by-frame and time it just right. All the other angles it looks like it hit the crossbar, but you can only see it from the one angle. Thanks for clarifying. I figured that I must have been missing something.
hopeleslyobvious Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 Added the regulation part for you. We can't have an OTL because that gives the Flyers a point. I thought that was implied.
Bmwolf21 Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 Let's see how the boys respond after giving up a goal late in the second.
gregkash Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 this would be almost impossible to track but i wonder what our passes attempted to passes completed ratio is. i'd have to assume its fairly low cuz we miss an aweful lot.
Bmwolf21 Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 Hey Rayzor - next time you talk to James Patrick, ask him WTF Tallinder was doing on that goal?
samothyev Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 That shot by Nathan reminded me of Zhitnik!!!!
