GAME OVER. 2-1 Slovakia. There was a bad call against the US at the end. A guy hand passed the puck, but he was the first to touch it. The whistle blew anyways. Oh well... if you can only score one goal on a guy with a silent "J" in his name, you deserve to lose.

I can't find a way to blame the loss on that bad call. The USA has beaten only a bunch of ragtag Cossacks at these Olympics and probably will limp into the medal round with a fourth-place finish in the group.

I know McKee is Canadian. The Sabres don't have any good American defensemen on the roster, though, so I had to follow up my Miller post with something else. Could have used Lydman, I suppose, but Satan was on the ice and not in the penalty box.

Let me put it this way: I can't wait until there is no longer a need for him to dress for Sabres games (unless he's playing for the opposing team). Nothing against him as a person, though.
