I threw together a Slacker radio station based on what everyone listed in the Favorite Band thread so far:

 

SabreSpace Radio

 

The 150+ artists/bands make for an interesting mix. I tried to do this on Pandora first, but they do not allow for as much "fine tuning" of custom radio stations which resulted in some pretty bad behavior with the music selections.
