gregkash Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 LETS GO PENS! LETS GO PENS! LETS GO PENS!!
Campy Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I'm looking forward to the segment on Marty Biron during the intermission. I hope it includes an interview because I always find him funny/interesting. Yup, I'm a fan of Marty the person if not Marty the goalie. Go Pens!
Kristian Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 3-0 Pens, oh yeah. Nice swan dive there Marty, but.... Uuuhm.... Why???
Bigthuder1636 Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I find it hilarious that in the last 2 minutes Marty was pulled and ripped on for playing terribly of late and Briere was called out for not playing defense and being -2 in the first period. Certainly today Darcy is looking pretty smart (If only for today)
carpandean Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Flyers get one, then Pens go back up by 3. 4-1 good guys (at least today they are) Edit: Hossa adds his first one as a Pen second later. 5-1 Pens.
repster Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 4-1 Pens. Looking good. I'm cheering for Washington later.
repster Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 5-1. I took a phone call and totally missed that last one. Well, I guess this one looks pretty safe.
LabattBlue Posted March 16, 2008 Author Report Posted March 16, 2008 If the Flyers lose to the Thrashers on Tue, we can jump back into 8th with a win against Tampa!!!
wonderbread Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 lets keep our fingers crossed but it appears philthy is taking a nose dive!
SabreInFla Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I'm kinda torn on that Boston game.......not sure who we should want to win.
X. Benedict Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I'm kinda torn on that Boston game.......not sure who we should want to win. Washington. If Carolina tanks they could steal the Division spot and knock Carolina out altogether.
Hawk Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Easy now boys ! 9 games to go. 4 against top seeds. :(
Kristian Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Yeah, we still need to win some games for anything to happen.
FogBat Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I just love the way the Battle of the Keystone State is going right now. Looks like the Pens are doing to them what we did to Philly the previous two seasons. [bTW, where's Knightrider? I love it when he posts because I can always click on the Enemy Boards list and see what the opposition is saying.]
FogBat Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 7-1 Pens. Looks like the Big Man, Hal Gill, got that one.
Bmwolf21 Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Gotta love Philly falling apart like this.
FogBat Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Gotta love Philly falling apart like this. Well, at least they can't blame us for this one. I'm tired of hearing from those English Premier League wannabe hooligans.
inkman Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Easy now boys ! 9 games to go. 4 against top seeds. :( Who will have more to play for, a team winning it's division locked into the playoffs or a team fighting for their playoffs lives?
carpandean Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I'm kinda torn on that Boston game.......not sure who we should want to win. First priority: don't go to OT! With our luck lately, it will. I say Washington. We only need to be ahead of Washington or Carolina, and it keeps Boston within reach. If we can take care of winning, then Washington can't pass us, but we can pass Boston just with our head-to-head games. Either way, this is going to come down to the wire. Who will turn it on or keep up the pressure? Who will falter or continue to slide? Should be exciting, but it may give me an ulcer.

SabreInFla Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 1-1 going into the third. Smells like OT. It is looking that way.
R_Dudley Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 Damn I would love to see washington win it straight out especially becuas ethey also still play Philly and rangers and it will keep them motivated as long as they have a chance, problem they have the canes are whipping Ottawa....
