ofiba Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Is anyone else not comfortable with this lead? Being a Buffalo sports fan means not celebrating or relaxing til the clock says 0.
jrsarkov Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 no more veins veins veins with soupy?? replaced by the Green Team
HopsGuy Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Hedican you cheap #%^$#!er. Can't let your boy Cullen fight his own battle against Kotalik? If I was fighting Hedican, I'd have to throw some sort of "Cutting Edge" reference in there. I'd call him "D. B." or just "Sweeney". Then he'd punch me. Repeatedly. But, I'd still laugh. :D
R_Dudley Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 tomorrow night becomes critical. we can be right there again. you got 6. almost 7 True that,,, think there's any chance we rest Miller tomorrow ? or Should we pull Miller now and put in T-Bo , If they score 4 put Miller back in.....
jrsarkov Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 i think we are winning this one. i am staring at the standings on NHL.com, doing math and trying to figure out if i should root for the flyers tomorrow because they are 1 point closer, or the Bs because we have 2 games left with them.
HopsGuy Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Is anyone else not comfortable with this lead? Being a Buffalo sports fan means not celebrating or relaxing til the clock says 0. Oh for sure. I once said that I can't be happy about a Bills' victory until the final gun sounds. Then when I hear the final gun, I'm worried one of my guys got shot.
SabresFan526 Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 FINALLY!!!!!!! First, I'm finally able to get into SS. SDS, was there some maintenance going on today? During the game, I've been having trouble logging in. Regardless, not a big deal and thanks for keeping the best Sabres board around. Second, it's about d'mn time this team comes out with passion. Spinner, I told you the Sabres are better than the Canes. They should not have lost last week, and tonight they are showing why. More than the goals, I'm finally glad to see the Sabres come out with some fire and passion. I really like the Stafford-Mair-Kaleta line. They're hitting, forechecking relentlessly, and creating chances for each other. I also like the new Paille-Roy-Bernier line. They've played quite well tonight. Keep the pressure up. I want more goals. 1-2-3-4-5-6, WE WANT 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!
R_Dudley Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Is anyone else not comfortable with this lead? Being a Buffalo sports fan means not celebrating or relaxing til the clock says 0. Very comfee, i'm all for pulling and resting Miller for tomorrow, forget about the shut out.... :D
jrsarkov Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 we cannot put in T-BO unless Lindy has a bet on the game, and is worried that we are going to cover; if that exists in hockey.
inkman Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Tim Connolly is again too sore to play and could miss Saturday's visit to Toronto. I hope he misses it. For whatever reasone they seem to play better and tougher without him in the lineup. Maybe they all hate him.
Corp000085 Posted March 15, 2008 Author Report Posted March 15, 2008 I hope he misses it. For whatever reasone they seem to play better and tougher without him in the lineup. Maybe they all hate him. I wouldn't put it past the guys. Connolly does seem like a complete and total douche.

ExiledInIllinois Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Is anyone else not comfortable with this lead? Being a Buffalo sports fan means not celebrating or relaxing til the clock says 0. I will start freaking iff it becomes 6-3 with over 10 to play! <_<

Maybe they all hate him. :w00t: , Yeah ever since he asked in the locker room for his copy of Broke back mountain back before Soupy left no one's missing him in the dressing room.

Maybe your absence was why we were doing so well :nana: , if they start messing up your gone bro.... :D Could be. I've always complained that when I watch they lose, and when I don't they win. But, I'm watching tonight. I've enjoyed the two Carolina games at home. These have been fun. Watching and posting. Like it should be.
SabresFanInRochester Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Horrible result, followed by horrible result, which leads to lack of confidence, and another horrible result. Then out of no where, a performance to pull you right back in again. WOW!
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 these canes announcers suck but good hearing tripp try to come up with excuses

I've enjoyed the two Carolina games at home. These have been fun. Watching and posting. Like it should be. Yeah, I'm trying to make up a bunch of posts in one night and feeling well about how great they are playing especially after That Weds debacle and the ton of abuse at work by the damn pigeon fans 3 on 3 wow, didn't we used to see alot more of that back in the day...... or am I having flash backs.... Great PK...
ofiba Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Does anyone else think RJ is extra sarcastic and angry tonight? He's like a super homer complaining with the calls. In a 6-0 game!
R_Dudley Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 I definitely noticed he is more sarcastic tonight as well ....
BRH Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 I definitely noticed he is more sarcastic tonight as well .... Maybe someone stole his pillow...
ofiba Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 I definitely noticed he is more sarcastic tonight as well .... He has taken on the attitude of the fans (as always). He probably was fed up like the rest of us and just came into the game with a "who cares" attitude. He seriously is broadcasting the whole game like Bob Eucker from the Major League movie.
Bmwolf21 Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 Best fight Mair has had in months. You stay classy, Conboy. Keep on swinging...
