Rabbit151 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 Since March 19th: In the East: 3 shut-outs 15 times one-goal was scored by a team 9 times two goals were scored by a team In the not-so-wild West: 7 shut-outs 14 times one goal was scored by a team 16 times two goals was scored by a team It's tough to watch western conference games. The careful defense kills the game, especially when you get the elite west teams playing. Scoring chances are way down. It's funny, a few short years ago, I couldn't get through a east game, the west was high octane. Now, even though they have a better record against the east, it is awful to watch.

I watched a lot of the NYI and NJdevils last night. Islanders were slashing on just about every play with no call.

drnkirishone Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 have the refs forgot what a slash is lately? or is it me? I seem to see slashes left right and center that last year got almost a automatic whistle and now......................... you practicly have to break a arm, hand, or wrist to get it called
