Doohicksie Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Nashville's a funny team; sometimes they look unstoppable; at other times they look very weak. If they get hot during the playoffs they'll have a good run. But I wouldn't be surprised if they are not quite ready for primetime. Good to see the Sabres in first again. Where they belong.
Supersabre Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Good. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of schmucks.
diver Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Do you really want home ice advantage. It puts a lot of pressure on winning your first two games. I like going to the opponents ice first stealing a game or two and then finishing them off with home ice. Usually you come out playing lights out hockey your first game. Meaning the you have to top their best on home ice as well. jim

I want the division, conference and presidents trophy and no one can convince me that any other scenario would be better.

And I do want it for our conference games  :w00t: :w00t:

jad1 Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 I'm pretty sure that it's most points even for the finals. The East has had the home ice for the last 3 Finals (Devils, Lightning, Canes). Each of the last three finals went to a 7th game, with the home team winning the Cup.
