Any ideas why a Sabres home game is blacked-out in D.C. on DISH Center Ice? I checked the website and found no specific reason for any blackouts except to "protect the legal rights of local broacasters"

If you live in D.C., they game is blacked out because MSG has the Center Ice broadcast and the Caps local broadcast has rights to the D.C. regional market
