Allan in MD Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 It's interesting that little is said about the fact that this current run commenced when Tallindar came back. In fact, every time this guy has returned from an injury time-out the Sabres, who had been struggling a bit during his absence, started rolling. It has occurred, what, three time this season. Even wiith all the scorers on this team, is it possible that the true MVP in the Big T?
thesportsbuff Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 I don't think there's any way possible you could pick ONE of these players to be the MVP. They've all stepped up and played incredible roles. IMO Paetsch single handedly saved the powerplay, Tallinder re-energized the defense core, roy vanek and stafford are currently sparking offense all around. Drury & Briere continue to show plenty of leadership behind Lindy Ruff, and everybody is just doing their part working hard.

That's Buffalo's record with Tallinder playing.
