bob_sauve28 Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 Forget the getting even. Not going to happen, but if we can take this rag tag army into their barn and defeat them, that would be the best thing. If these chumps can't beat us while we are missing all these players--AGAIN--that will be humiliating to them and a real boost to us. Win it for Drury!

Its gonna be interesting, Ruff is gonna be a big factor tonight, he's gotta keep the kids composed and let them know that they are representing.............
deluca67 Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 If the Sens walk out of that building tonight without the two points it may send them on a spiral out of the playoffs. To lose to a team that has 6-7 AHL'ers? Again? Also, The Sens have a tough schedule. A pair of home and home against the Canes & Leafs. 3 against the Penguins. The Sens are in no way locked into a playoff spot. Another demoralizing loss after being called out as cowards on National TV? The Sens have never been considered mentally tough. And Brian Slurry is not a coach who can pull them out of it. I wouldn't be surprised to see Muckler back behind the bench before the season is over.

And the organization is so well developed that we can bring these kids up and they are plugged right in. Wonderful! MBD Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 I agree. Make it business as usual. If the Sens want to start something, let 'em make that mistake.
rickshaw Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 Let's be honest. We have no business winning tonight. Having said that, I won't be surprised if we do.
