Swedesessed Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 I dont know about all of you...but im SO pumped up for this game tonight...had this one circled on my calendar for quite some time!! LETS GO SABRES!!!
PTS Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 This is without a doubt the most important game of the year. If they win tonight, it can give them the confidence they need down the stretch to make a run at first. If they lose, it can set the Sabres back a bit. I hope Hasek doesn't bail out today. Lets Go Sabres ... errr ... I mean Lets Go Buffalo!

I've been iceing my remote thumb all morning.
inkman Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 ...and I'm going to a company function with the wife tonight.
Two or less Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 I am very excited about tonight, i think it stinks we're without Kalinin, but oh well. This is as healthy as we've been when playing them, the arena should be rocking and the Sabres gotta come out skating. This Sens team is no joke as we've seen previous 3 games, if we win tonight, i think its gonna be an amazing party night in Buffalo.... this is by far the most excited iv been for a Sabres regular season game ever!!!
Taro T Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 ...and I'm going to a company function with the wife tonight. Sucks to be you. :P

It will be huge if we score first tonight. Knock em back on their heels and don't let up.
The_Swannie_House Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 How about we pump three early ones on Dominik so the crowd can chat "HAS-EK, HAS-EK, HAS-EK"......would love that!
Corp000085 Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 game of the year to date... I think there'll be a bigger "game of the year" coming down the stretch (like mid june, to be more specific...)
inkman Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 Sucks to be you. :P  I didn't say what kind of function. ;)
Seannie34 Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 how good could the function be? it doesnt get much better than Sabres vs. Sens
LabattBlue Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 According to the Senators website, Hasek is getting the start tonight.
nfreeman Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 How about we pump three early ones on Dominik so the crowd can chat "HAS-EK, HAS-EK, HAS-EK"......would love that! I bear no ill will at all towards Dominik (and in fact plenty of gratitude and respect), but I agree that would be awesome. Inkman -- if you're going to a hot tub party with the swedish bikini team, more power to you. In all seriousness, if you're a big enough fan to post here, you should get Tivo. It is without a doubt the greatest invention ever for the sports fan (especially if you have kids). I almost never am able to watch the games in "real" time, but I haven't missed a game yet this year. Who here thinks tonight is Miller's coming-out party? Go Sabres.

I sure did when he left. I was disgraced in him and despised him. However, looking back, i realize that he was a genius for leaving before the you know what hit the rigas fan. I'd have done the same thing. I believe that when he's finally retired for good, he'll come back to the sabres and thank the fans.
Stoner Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 An apology and a thank you would be a good start for Dom to get back in our good graces. That, and some time, should allow him to get the recognition he justly deserves. Does he care though?
LabattBlue Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 Sabres win tonight 4-2. Miller stands on his head.

It should be noted that the Dominator has made 7-figure donations to local charities over the years. How many pro athletes have done that? Still I'd love to hang 6-7 on him tonight. ;) PTR
Tarrytown Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 Hasek in the nets tonight? Makes me think of his first game back in Buffalo with the Wings...we ran him from the nets that afternoon! I just hope that our boys control thier emotions...it's still 35 minutes from game time and I am totally pumped.
GGM Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Laffs up 3-0 on NJ. The stars must be aligning.
hopeleslyobvious Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 They look good so far. Good forechecking, good backchecking. Would like to see some more shots actually get through...But all in all I'm glad to see that they're actually skating with Ottawa.
shrader Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 That one punch that Peters actually landed looked like it hurt like hell. McGratton must have a broken nose.
Toddkaz Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 thats why we have Peters he just said don't F with the Buffalo Sabres!!
Toddkaz Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 God is Good to us SCORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Knightrider Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Ales scores and then we go right back on the pp!
